MANIFATTURA

In this project the new architecture respects the pre-existing one. An old factory became a residential and commercial compound within the most desirable and visited ones. This is a multifaceted project, marked out for the extreme attention to detail. The design of the wrought iron balcony that match the same décor of the façade; the original cast iron columns restored to generate a new structure; the ancient water tank maintained as a memory of a past are some of the element we wisely used to evoke the past.
